Calipiper

 Presentation
Developped and implemented on North Sea pipe laying ops for the last 5 years, the CALIPIPER is an automatic, computerized "tool box" designed for the measuring the interieur of pipes. With CALIPIPER you can control up to 120 pipe ends per hour, to optimise productivity, to minimize repairs.

Pipe ends calibration
Resolution of the basic model is 0.10 mm on a 12 radius measurement (scanning). Finer resolution is available upon request.
Range of use: plus or minus 4 mm with respect to a client-defined nominal radius or the comformity to any code.

Performance
Calipiper's Data Acquisition Software contains very high-powered functions which calculate measurement statistic in real time in order to provide optimal productivity.
